What is it about?
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) offers a simple and clear structure which enables us to cultivate a consciousness of compassion towards ourselves and others. Using the protected space of the workshop we practise NVC, also known as “language of the heart” and learn how life can become more wonderful when we apply NVC tools.
There will also be space to look at your own examples from everyday life.
