Connecting with the love within yourself.
Loving myself – how does that work? And how could it serve me? We are going to approach this issue with sensitivity and create a space in which we can experience nurturing insights. In support of this process we use elements from Nonviolent Communication, Breath Work, Walking In Your Shoes and live music.
